[Hello, Luceti! Reimu will be flying around today, dropping welcome cards down from her lofty perch all around the village and surrounding areas. If she sees people, or they wave to her or try to get her attention, she'll land and talk to them, of course.
The welcome cards read as follows:
"Hello! Welcome to Luceti, your new personal hell where all of your wildest dreams probably won't come true, unless you like being experimented on. You can always go to the Welcome Center, where they'll give you advice, a guide on what this place is, and that we can't get out.
Enjoy your stay!"
